100-Night Comfort Satisfaction Guarantee

At Allan’s Mattress Outlet, we want you to feel confident in your mattress purchase. Comfort is personal, and sometimes it takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface. That’s why we offer our 100-Night Comfort Satisfaction Guarantee.

Your In-Home Trial

Your 100-night trial begins on the date your mattress is delivered. Because proper adjustment takes time, customers must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a comfort exchange.

One-Time Comfort Exchange

If, between Night 31 and Night 100, you feel your mattress is not the right comfort fit, you may request a one-time comfort exchange under the following terms:

  • You will receive a store credit equal to the amount paid for your original mattress.

  • The credit may be applied toward the purchase of another mattress of equal or greater value offered by Allan’s Mattress Outlet.

  • If the replacement mattress is higher in price, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Promotional Pricing & Discounts

Any promotional pricing, showroom specials, coupons, or limited-time offers apply only to the original mattress purchase.

In the event of a comfort exchange:

  • Promotional discounts do not reapply

  • The replacement mattress is purchased at standard pricing

  • The original net amount paid is applied as store credit

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Comfort Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • The mattress must be used with a proper, supportive foundation or adjustable base

  • A mattress protector is required for the duration of the trial

  • The mattress must remain free of stains, damage, odors, or misuse

  • The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser

  • Limit one comfort exchange per household

Important Information

  • This program is a comfort exchange, not a refund policy

  • No cash refunds or credits will be issued

  • Once a comfort exchange is completed, the guarantee is fulfilled

  • All exchange requests are subject to approval by Allan’s Mattress Outlet

  • Manufacturer warranties remain in effect for qualifying defects
